🍷Ningxia Red - If I could only have 1 Young Living item (eek!), it would be this. It's the main "supplement" I take for overall wellness, antioxidants, and healthy, happy cells. I can NOT be without it. Typically, kids get 1 oz a day and adults get 2 oz. I take at least 4 oz a day, more if I feel like I need it. Tastes like a cranberry or pomegranate juice, and is low glycemic. Can be diluted or flavored with vitality oils to preference.
😊Nitro - Does for the brain what Ningxia Red does for the body - overall cognitive health. Loaded with antioxidants, green tea, vitamin B, 50% of the daily recommended iodine (a biggie for hormone health!), and essential oils that support clarity of thought, a healthy metabolism, energy, and more. Tastes like chocolate and cherry. Take a shot instead of sodas, coffee, and energy drinks. Has about the same amount of caffeine as a decaf coffee, but derived from green tea 👍
😋Lemon, Lime and Cinnamon Bark Vitality oils - We use these essential oils in cooking and baking, in hot water as a tea, in a tiny bit of honey as a treat, and more. We love Lemon in homemade Lemon-Rosemary salts to season fish and chicken, Lime in guacamole, and Cinnamon Bark in our einkorn Blueberry Crisp. Their therapeutic benefits are numerous and well-documented with scientific research. These oils get used several times a week in our home. All 3 smell heavenly.
